LIVING
Open the stable door and you’ll find yourself immediately in the open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Turn right and you enter the living space, complete with comfy tartan sofa and chair, stunning original flagstone slate flooring, a huge inglenook fireplace with Morso wood burner, perfect for chilly evenings.
Soft grey, white and blue decor and seaside artwork provide a tranquil setting perfect to relax with the gulls mewling outside … you couldn’t get nearer to the coast!
EATING
Turn left from the front door and a cute kitchen awaits you, complete with mint green Smeg fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster and matching mint green splash back.
Grey cabinets contrast well with the original flagstone slate flooring and black granite worktops.
There’s a gorgeous butler’s sink and Neff appliances …an induction hob.. eye level Neff oven… microwave combination oven…dishwasher ….washer dryer, and air fryer, plus all the equipment to create a culinary masterpiece.
SLEEPING
The large bedroom has a comfy kingsize bed and storage for clothes.
Sea glimpses can be seen from the window seat and nesting gulls can often be seen on the roof of the house opposite ….watching their young find their legs on the roof top is enchanting!
A wifi disk is situated in the bedroom should you wish to use tablets etc here.
BATHING
The bathroom is traditional in design with a deep bath with ball & claw feet and an independent Lefroy Brooks shower. A heated towel rail ensures towels are warm and fluffy after a long soak !
